‘Fingering Johanna’ is a kinetic sculpture made with Lego Technics and its pneumatic device. The motion system can be repeatedly activated pressing the pump placed inside the labia minora that moves the structure engulfing the finger.
Through a cynic humor this sculpture reflects on the woman figure treated as a sexual object. The automatic action that emulates the penis flattens the multiform idea of female orgasm, reducing the vulva as a passive organ.
